Clinical Care Supervisor Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our clinical team as a Clinical Care Supervisor. In this key role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional clinical care services and overseeing care planning to ensure the highest standards of resident care.
About the Role:
* Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality clinical care.
* Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
* Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.
Requirements:
* Degree-qualified Registered Nurse (DIV 1 registration).
* Minimum 2 years' experience in residential aged care.
* Proven leadership and management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* AHPRA registration with no conditions.
