Regional Sales Representative
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to consistently manage existing customers and create new business opportunities.
Your primary objective will be to deliver exceptional results in a high-pressure environment, exceeding targets and building strong relationships with customers. To achieve this, you will work closely with the State Field Sales Manager and leverage support from our professional team to drive growth and development in your territory.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing existing customer relationships through the development and execution of sales strategies
* Creating and developing new customer base
* Actively managing ROI of Beverage Solutions customers
* Delivering to sales KPIs
* Working with market-leading customers and brands as a brand ambassador for our portfolio of products
To succeed in this role, you will need a proven track record of delivering sales and developing new business in a dynamic environment. Knowledge or experience in the foodservice, distribution, beverage, catering, or chef industry would be highly regarded.
Ideally, you will possess relevant tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, or marketing, although this is not critical. Outgoing, approachable sales-focused individuals with a passion for what they eat are highly sought after. You will have a proven track record of success in exceeding targets and developing relationships with customers.
As a true partner to the business and customer, you will be a confident communicator with the ability to adapt your communication style. Ideally, you will come from a food services or food sales background.
This is an autonomous role that requires drive and resilience. Full unrestricted Australian driver's license and Australian working rights are required. Applicants may be required to undergo pre-employment checks prior to appointment.
