**Job Title:** Accountant/ Administrative Assistant

About Your New Job:
In this broad and varied role, you will report to the Managing Director and be responsible for:
* Managing accounts payable and receivable
* Handling a small payroll
* Reconciling bank statements, balance sheets, and general ledgers
* Preparing business activity statements
* Providing month-end reporting
* Coordinating the company fleet, registration renewals, fuel, and credit cards
* Running weekly and monthly reports for management
* Assisting with the coordination of tradeshows and other events
* Creating sales orders and quotes for spare parts
* Assisting with the creation of warehouse documents, including sales orders, delivery notes, and purchase orders
* Maintaining order flow to and from the warehouse
* Arranging dispatch dockets and consignment notes
About You:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* Previous experience in a similar position, working across a broad variety of functions within finance and administration
* The ability to run a small payroll and provide administrative support to the sales team when needed
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills
* The ability to work autonomously
* An intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft packages
* Strong communication skills
* High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
* Knowledge of MYOB
