Business Administration Trainee Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our staff and assist with the day-to-day running of our head office.

Key Responsibilities:

* General reception duties, including answering calls, taking messages, and ordering office supplies.
* Administrative tasks such as data entry, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
* Liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal team members.

Requirements:

* Strong computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
