Operational Support Specialist
This role is accountable for implementing key operational changes with personal disability funding across the region. A person-centric model will provide individuals with disabilities and their families more autonomy, choice, and control over services impacting every aspect of their lives.
As an Operational Support Specialist, you will deliver operational and administrative support, including:
* Internal and external stakeholder liaison
* Administrative, program, and project support to facilitate departmental deliverables and centralised operational functions
* Coordinating events, meetings, training, and project/practice groups for internal and external stakeholders
* Managing and triaging internal mailboxes and following up on actions
* Managing requests and escalations from external and internal sources
* Creating databases, lists, registers, resources, manuals, and process charts
To succeed in this role, you will have at least 2 years' experience in project/program support or administrative roles, with proven knowledge using Microsoft Suite. You will also require strong stakeholder liaison and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to provide a high level of professionalism.
