Empowering Independence
We are seeking experienced female Disability Support Workers to provide one-on-one support to individuals living with Autism and complex mental health needs.
This role involves assisting participants at home and in the community, including daily hygiene, meal preparation, household tasks, and transportation.
* Support participants with personal care and daily hygiene
* Assist with meal planning and cooking
* Help with light household tasks (tidying, washing dishes, laundry)
* Transport participants to appointments and activities
* Encourage participation in meaningful daily activities and social engagement
* Follow behaviour support plans and maintain accurate records for the care team

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support and assistance to participants with daily living tasks
