Key Responsibilities
* Provide assessment, treatment, and follow-up services to adults and their families within the community.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with consumers, carers, and other healthcare professionals.
* Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care and support services.
Skills and Qualifications
* A qualification in one of the following: Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, Counsellor (Degree in Bachelor of Health Science Mental Health, Djirruwang Program).
* Eligibility to drive in NSW and willingness to travel for work purposes.
