A globally renowned manufacturing company in Chatswood is looking for an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join their team. This is an amazing opportunity and time to join this company as they approach a period of global change. The successful candidate will play a key role in the roll-out of a new global CRM system.
Your new role
In this role you will be responsible for leading a small team of customer service and technical service staff. You will be responsible for managing sickness, annual leave and appraisals while also having a hands-on approach to customer service. Duties include:
* Reporting on customer service performance
* Coordinate training and upskilling the team
* Dealing with escalated customer complaints
* Driving sales through efficient customer service
* Supporting the team with the achievement of KPI's
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need:
* A customer-centric approach to your work
* A caring and nurturing approach to management
* Ability to interpret data and implement change
* Previous experience using SAP will be an advantage
* Able to foster great working relationships with your colleagues
* Previous experience in a product-based customer service role
* Previous experience managing a team of people
