**The role**
At Gippsland Water, we are transforming the way we deliver services to our community. As Transformation and Delivery Lead, you will drive business transformation, simplify corporate idea intake, and enable strategic decision-making through structured roadmapping and prioritisation.
**What You'll Do**:
- Lead business transformation - Identify, prioritise, and execute initiatives that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Enable innovation - Develop and implement an intake and assessment process that turns ideas into structured business cases.
- Drive change management - Establish a framework for managing change, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders - Work closely with executives, technical teams, and external partners to align transformation efforts with strategic goals.
- Support corporate planning - Align business transformation efforts with long-term organisational priorities
**What you'll bring**
- Proven experience in leading business transformation, process improvement, and change management initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and mentor teams.
- Experience in product roadmapping, project prioritisation, and managing the intake of corporate ideas.
- Strategic thinker with expertise in business transformation and leveraging technology for business improvement.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
