To continue to provide high quality service to our clients, we are looking for a motivated Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
About the Role
As our Junior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in coordinating labourers, carpenters, electricians, and apprentices across multiple projects.
This is a fast-paced, people-focused position, ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, communication, and creating strong relationships with workers and clients.
Package
$NEGOTIABLE (base salary + commissions)
Uncapped weekly commission
To be successful in this role you will:
Conduct high-level industry research to establish new business
Execute effective strategies that prioritise growth for yourself and the company
Source and interview new candidates so you can provide effective services and solutions to prospective and existing clients
Maintain positive professional relationships with clients and candidates
Deliver strong and effective levels of communication with your team so you and team can be highly successful
What We're Looking For
Experience in recruitment, trades and labour coordination or project support will be highly advantageous
Strong administration or scheduling background (construction, trades, logistics, or similar)
Possess strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
Be highly motivated and exhibit enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential
Display exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrate clear verbal and written communication skills
Training will be provided for the right applicant.
