Description What’s the role? This role supports the Principal Solution Designer by providing hands‑on solutioning and delivery leadership for AI‑enabled components within a complex Treasury program. The focus is on practical execution—turning ambiguous business problems into clear, deliverable solution components and ensuring AI‑assisted features are validated, governed, and successfully landed within delivery teams. This role plays a critical part in driving practical AI‑enabled transformation within the Treasury delivery team. By shaping feasible AI use cases, validating ideas early, and coordinating the right contributors, it improves delivery speed, quality and clarity. It also helps teams adopt safe, effective AI‑assisted ways of working—ensuring innovation is delivered with strong governance and control. Operating within a multi‑disciplinary Agile environment, this role works closely with business analysts, engineers, testers and SMEs to coordinate delivery, manage dependencies, and reduce ambiguity through structured analysis, prototyping and validation. While deep Treasury domain expertise is not required, curiosity, structured thinking and delivery discipline are essential. You will bring strong experience in solution engineering or technical delivery roles, with a proven ability to analyse business problems, break them into structured solution options, and support estimation and planning. You must have hands‑on experience working with AI/LLM technologies (such as retrieval‑augmented generation, prompt engineering, evaluation techniques or AI‑assisted testing) and be comfortable applying these techniques to large, complex, enterprise datasets within regulated environments. Experience coordinating delivery across multiple roles, supporting governance requirements, and driving iterative, practical outcomes is essential. What do I need? Hands‑on experience supporting AI‑enabled solution design and delivery, including prototyping and controlled validation Strong database‑driven solutioning skills, including SQL, data modelling and performance considerations Practical experience with AI/LLM techniques (e.g. RAG, prompt engineering, evaluation, document or metadata extraction) Ability to translate business problems into clear technical requirements and delivery‑ready backlog items Delivery coordination experience across BAs, Engineers, Testers and SMEs within Agile teams Strong understanding of risk, controls and responsible‑AI requirements in regulated environments Structured problem‑solving mindset with a bias toward iterative, practical delivery Clear communicator with the ability to run workshops, surface risks early, and align stakeholders Why join us?
