About you: 
Previous experience in a fast-paced, quality kitchen (CDP, Sous, or Head Chef) 
Passion for Mediterranean flavours and modern Australian dining 
Strong teamwork skills and a positive, can-do attitude 
A hands-on approach and high attention to detail 
Commitment to food safety and consistency 
The role: 
Lead, inspire and manage the kitchen team through hands-on leadership 
Drive menu development with a Mediterranean and modern Australian influence 
Oversee kitchen operations including rostering, stock control, ordering & compliance 
Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality dishes and maintain food safety standards 
Mentor, train and develop a motivated and engaged team
