As a Senior Area Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our residents receive exceptional, person‐centred care while fostering strong leadership and operational excellence across multiple Care Communities.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Regional General Manager, you will oversee the operational performance of a portfolio of Care Communities across Greater Melbourne and regional Victoria. You'll coach and empower our General Managers, cultivate a positive and engaged culture, and drive high‐quality clinical and commercial outcomes.
