About Lift Health Group Lift Health Group is a nationally operating, NDIS-registered allied health provider, delivering essential services to regional and remote communities across Australia. With our headquarters based in Adelaide, we operate on a fly-in-fly-out model to ensure equitable access to care for all Australians.
Responsibilities
* Scheduling and managing client appointments.
* Maintaining accurate patient records and updating client information.
* Answering phones and emails for client enquiries.
* Providing general administrative support to the clinical team.
* Assisting with NDIS compliance procedures, including completion of service agreements and quotes.
Qualifications
* Experience in the Healthcare sector, ideally with NDIS, Allied Health and Disability.
* Trustworthy, reliable, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
* Proactive and flexible attitude, with a strong customer service focus.
* Proficient in basic computer applications for document creation, scheduling, and record-keeping.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with a friendly phone manner and strong phone communication required on a daily basis.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
* A team-oriented approach and the ability to work collaboratively.
* Willingness to be flexible and innovative with great problem solving skills.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams), Splose or similar scheduling software (preferred but not essential).
