Front Desk Coordinator

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of vulnerable people by providing administrative and customer service support to programs, staff, and external stakeholders.

The Front Desk Coordinator will be responsible for managing the front-line of contact for all visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming office environment and providing key services such as:

* Customer service and switchboard management
* Document management and project support
* Meeting coordination and resource allocation
* Financial tasks including invoicing, banking, and accounts payable

To excel in this role, you will require excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A strong initiative and proactive attitude are essential, as well as strong computer literacy skills and attention to detail.

As a member of our team, you will contribute to maintaining positive relationships across various teams and with partners, while also supporting the smooth operation of programs and services.

Key responsibilities include:

* Providing exceptional customer service, including phone and face-to-face interactions
* Managing office resources, including filing systems and equipment
* Coordinating meetings and events, including room bookings and invitations
* Assisting with financial tasks, including daily reconciliations and account payable support
