BAE Systems are recruiting for Boilermakers and Welders to relocate to Adelaide.
Successful candidates will be offered relocation assistance to aid in your move to Adelaide. Including:
* Flight to Adelaide for successful candidate
* Temporary accommodation (up to 4 weeks)
* 'Homesearch' Program – A virtual program that will help you select a suburb to live in and provide assistance with your rental application
* $7,500 AUD (before tax) – To be paid in first pay period post commencement
* 2 days paid relocation leave (within first 4 weeks).

Rate increases

Key Responsibilities
* Undertake tasks and duties as directed by Production Supervision and or Trades Trainer within bounds of current competence.
* Attend and complete relevant on-the-job training as required.
* Properly maintain materials, tools and equipment.
* Strive to continuously improve teamwork, processes and effectiveness in the work area.
* Adhere to the BAE Maritime Australia policies and management practices.
About You
* Experience Fabrication with MIG or Flux Core Welding.
* Ability to read drawings.
* Strong safety focus and enhancing the site safety environment.
* Strong time keeping abilities.
* Excellent communication.
Clearances
As a Naval Shipbuilding and Sustainment Identity Card (NSSIC) is required for this role, applicants must have the right to work in Australia and be eligible to obtain and maintain the appropriate clearances including NSSIC and ITAR.
As a Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be New Zealand or Australian citizens and either possess or be eligible to obtain and maintain appropriate clearances.
