Job Title
An Employment Consultant is required to deliver tailored employment solutions in collaboration with employers and participants.
Key Responsibilities
* Support participants to transform their lives by delivering quality service whilst adhering to all contractual and compliance requirements.
* Identify and secure employment opportunities for participants with local employers, support them to identify skills to become job ready, and deliver quality service.
* Enhance participants employability through training and support service referrals, develop personalised job plans for clear employment pathways, and build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups.
Requirements
* Eligibility to work in Australia
* A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
* A MyGovID (Standard level)
* Willingness to complete a National Police Check
* Able to pass a Working with Children Check
