Location: Mandurah, WA – Hybrid flexibility available

Key Responsibilities
 * Provide Level 2 support across desktops, servers, network, and cloud environments for clients
 * Tackle and resolve escalated issues from Level 1 with precision
 * Support deployment and configuration of systems and services
 * Work alongside technical leads to implement solutions and maintain documentation
 * Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
 * Minimum 3 years in a Level 2 or similar support role, ideally within an MSP
 * Proficient in Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals
 * Experienced in imaging, backup systems, and endpoint management
 * Familiarity with Azure, Intune, and cybersecurity principles is advantageous
 * Strong written and verbal communication
 * Valid Australian driver's licence and reliable transport required
Preferred Qualifications
 * Microsoft 365 certification (e.g., MS‑900)
 * IT-related tertiary qualification (e.g., Diploma or degree)
