What you will do?
* Prepare a variety of dishes in a high-volume production setting
* Follow recipes for menu preparation, ensuring adherence to cooking guidelines and standards
* Execute food preparation tasks with a focus on presentation
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
* Conduct temperature and quality checks, manage cross-contamination to ensure WHS compliance
More about you
* Previous Commis Chef experience
* Minimum Level 3 Certificate in Commercial Cookery
* Solid background in kitchen operations
* A passion for food and creative flair
* Demonstrated track record meeting financial targets for food and labor costs
* Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster
