Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping people, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring every customer interaction is smooth, solutions are clear, and customers feel supported. They will develop a deep understanding of our products and customers, identify areas for improvement, and provide feedback to enhance the overall customer experience.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Be the first point of contact for customers, answering inbound calls, emails, and SMS with warmth and professionalism.
* Assist customers on the spot, providing product information, placing orders, or scheduling consultations.
* Greet and guide showroom visitors, helping them explore our heating solutions or connecting them with our specialists.
* Coordinate complex requests, capturing details, setting expectations, and assigning tasks to the right team members.
* Keep records updated, maintaining accurate customer interactions and lead details in our CRM.
* Support sales and fulfillment, jumping in where needed to keep things running smoothly, especially during peak seasons.

About You:

* You naturally build rapport and make customers feel valued.
* You are a clear communicator, confidently engaging with customers across phone, email, and in person.
* You are organised and efficient, able to multitask and keep things running smoothly in a fast-paced setting.
* You are eager to learn, proactive, tech-savvy, and excited to grow.
* You have previous experience in customer service or sales, although this is not essential.

Bonus Skills:

* You have experience with CRMs like Pipedrive, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
* You have knowledge of heating/cooling products or the home improvement industry.
* You have a background in sales, lead generation, or account management.
