Overview
Electrical Testing Services is currently seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team in Hobart. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and excellent benefits. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of electrical and essential services to our diverse client base across Tasmania and on occasions assist the team in Victoria.
Responsibilities
* Performing maintenance and compliance testing, thermographic inspections and repairs for both retail and commercial clients
* Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical issues to identify and resolve problems
* Adhering to all relevant Australian safety standards and regulations. Comply with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
* Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide expert technical guidance
* Completing job-related documentation electronically and administrative tasks as required
* Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
Qualifications
* Electrician with a current Australian electrical contractors licence
* A thorough understanding of electrical systems, testing procedures, and troubleshooting techniques
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Work independently as well as part of a team
* Ability for Regional and interstate travel is a must
* Commitment to safety and attention to detail
* A valid driver's licence
