We're looking for a Finance Analyst to join the finance team of a nationally known FMCG company to play a key role in analysing and reconciling financial and operational reports across multiple external meat production facilities.
Key Responsibilities: Analyse and reconcile financial and operational reports from external meat processing facilities.
Review financial performance and escalate changes in trends or discrepancies.
Investigate and resolve stakeholder queries while managing accounts payable for the Meat Production business unit, overseeing payments of approximately $2.8 billion per year.
Identify opportunities to improve or streamline existing manual processes within Meat Finance and the broader business.
Provide ad hoc financial support and reporting as required.
What We're Looking For: Experience working with non-financial stakeholders, with the ability to communicate complex financial data in a clear and concise manner.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Proven ability to challenge and influence key stakeholders to develop effective business solutions.
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
