Project Manager (Step up opportunity for Site Managers & Senior Supervisors) We are seeking a motivated and capable construction professional who is ready to take the next step in their career. Suitable for an experienced Project Manager or an experienced Site Manager, Senior Site Supervisor or Construction Coordinator who is looking to transition into a Project Management position on complex construction projects. You will play a key role in the delivery of projects from early works through to completion, working closely with senior project leadership while taking increasing ownership of site, program, cost and stakeholder management. Working closely with the Construction Manager as well as a Senior Project Manager. Key Responsibilities Project & Site Management: Oversee daily site activities to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery Coordinate all onsite construction activities including site establishment, excavation, foundations, services, structure, fit‑out, finishes, façades, landscaping, public domain works and handover Manage subcontractors, site staff and resources to achieve project milestones Monitor construction progress against the agreed program Ensure all required site inspections are undertaken, documented and signed off Coordinate and manage general site housekeeping and clean‑up activities Covering all aspects of: Time & Program Management Cost Management Quality Management Safety Management Team Leadership Stakeholder Coordination About You Proven experience as a Site Manager, Senior Supervisor or similar in the construction industry Strong understanding of construction sequencing, site operations and subcontractor management Ready to take the next step into a broader project management role Excellent organisational, communication and problem‑solving skills Strong commitment to safety, quality and delivery outcomes Comfortable working with digital construction management systems What’s On Offer Clear career progression Exposure to complex, well‑structured projects Supportive leadership and mentoring environment Opportunity to broaden skills across program, cost and stakeholder management Above industry remuneration To find out more about this role hit apply now.
