* Communicate effectively with clients, builders, engineers, and project managers.
Support the professional development of junior team members through training and guidance.
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 5 years' concreting experience, including at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity.
* Strong technical knowledge of various concrete applications (slabs, footings, driveways, structural concrete, etc.). Proven ability to manage crews and multiple work fronts while maintaining a safe and efficient site.
* Proficiency in reading and interpreting plans, construction documents, and specifications.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
* Current White Card, Asbestos Awareness, and Silica Awareness.
* Current Driver's Licence.

* Consistent, long-term work across diverse commercial and industrial projects.
* Career development opportunities — pathways to Site Management or Project Coordination roles.
* Supportive team culture that values safety, professionalism, and quality.
* A company that invests in its people and provides the tools needed for success.
