About the Opportunity
With recent growth and expansion, including an agreement to join JN Bentley, the UK contracting arm of the global Mott MacDonald Group, Leed is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director and provide business support across its national presence. Based at the Head Office in Kent Town, the role combines executive support and business administration, playing a critical part in Leed Group's continued success.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team.
* Manage and maintain complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Screen, prioritise and manage correspondence including emails, phone calls and written communications on behalf of the Managing Director.
* Prepare, review and distribute high-quality documents including reports, presentations, meeting agendas and board papers.
* Support day‐to‐day office operations to ensure an efficient and professional working environment.
* When required, manage office supplies, facilities and vendor relationships in coordination with relevant departments.
* Assist in the coordination and monitoring of key projects and strategic initiatives as directed by the Managing Director.
About You
* 5+ years' experience in an executive assistant, senior administrator or personal assistant role.
* Demonstrated experience supporting C‐suite or senior management in a fast‐paced environment.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Experience managing complex calendars, travel coordination and stakeholder communications.
* A proactive and collaborative approach.
* Experience in the construction, engineering or resources sectors is highly regarded.
