About Our Client
Our client is a leading Australian Mining and Resource client with operations and exploration projects across the Bowen and Surat basins, with four major coal-producing assets supplying metallurgical coal to a global market. They hold a strong track record of performance in developing, operating and rehabilitating coal resources to produce export metallurgical coal for steel making.
What you will be Doing
You will be working as a Multi-Skilled Operator doing civil works (drainage, bunding, delineation) on a coal mine 160kms from Mackay. You will be required to safely operate a D10 Dozers, up to WA1200 Loaders and CAT 789 Dump Trucks to complete delineation, bunding and drain work. In this role, you will be working 12.25 hours shifts on a Tuesday to Wednesday day shift only roster. These roles are available to DIDO, BIBO (Mackay) and residential candidates.
What you will need
* Previous experience operating a WA1200 Loader, D10 Dozer and CAT 785 Dump Trucks on a large scale civil or rehabilitation projects
* Must hold current SSE signed skills or RII operating tickets
* You will need to have obtained a Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical within last 2 years or be willing to attain this.
* Current Drivers Licence & right to work in Australia
