The Role
This role provides critical administrative, governance, and project coordination support to the CEO, Board, and Executive Leadership Team. You'll be a key driver in ensuring smooth operations, supporting high-level decision making, and leading the coordination of our flagship events, including the Annual Conference and AGM.
As a highly organised and proactive Business Support Officer, you will oversee day-to-day office operations, delivering secretariat services for Board and Executive meetings, and act as Project Lead for major organisational events.
 * Provide high-quality executive support, including diary management, correspondence, travel bookings, and meeting coordination.
 * Oversee day-to-day office operations, supporting staff and visitors.
 * Deliver secretariat services for Board and Executive meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action follow-up.
 * Act as Project Lead for major organisational events, including the Annual Conference.
 * Coordinate Department of Health reporting requirements.
Requirements
 * Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar business support or executive assistant role.
 * Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 * High proficiency with Microsoft Office, databases, and other platforms.
 * Experience in project coordination or event management.
 * A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong initiative.
 * Certificate, Diploma, or degree in Business or a related discipline.
