We are seeking an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to join our high performing team at Adelaide Airport. This role will partner closely with leaders across multiple sites to drive people initiatives that support business outcomes.
This position requires a highly skilled professional who can align people strategies with business goals, drive employee engagement, and support a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with leaders to understand operational goals and deliver people strategies
* Provide expert advice on performance management and employee relations
* Implement and manage P&C programs and policies
* Manage the People & Culture hotline for Team Members and Franchise Partners
* Assist with key projects such as annual salary reviews and cyclical HR processes
Requirements:
* Extensive experience in human resources or a related field
* Proven track record of driving people initiatives that support business outcomes
* Strong understanding of performance management and employee relations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
