My Client, a Federal Government department, is looking to appoint multiple APS5 Content Writers to join their busy department.
**Your new role**
We are currently seeking multiple experienced APS5 Content Writers to join a leading disability service provider in Adelaide.
As an APS5 Content Writer, you will be responsible for providing credible guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders aligned to the departments policies.
In this role, you will be required to undertake moderately complex to complex work, using available information where options are not always evident.
You will be responsible for researching, drafting, and updating internal and external guidance with a participant focus that reflects the Agency’s policy positions and meets agency’s plain English and accessibility standards.
To be successful in this role, you should have a considerable level of contact with internal and external stakeholders and have excellent communication skills.
You should also be able to demonstrate your ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high work standards, governance protocols and accuracy, meeting defined timeframes and performing other duties as requested.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for one of these roles, you have experience in:
- Researching, drafting and updating internal and external guidance with a participant focus that reflects the Agency’s policy positions and meets agency’s plain English and accessibility standards.
- Interpreting the policy and legislative environment the branch operates in, including understanding and translating an act and rules into their Guidelines.
- Developing or updating guidance material in response to participant and external stakeholder feedback.
- Understanding the key stages of the participant pathway, specific participant cohorts and technical processes within SAP CRM and PACE business system requirements.
- Providing service delivery knowledge and advice about procedural guidance, practice implementation and operational matters as needed to support an improved participant experience.
- Contributing to continuous improvement, maintaining best practice and innovation in the branch.
