About Us: We are the largest Bathroom, Kitchen, Appliance and Tile Showroom in the Southern Highlands, servicing retail, trade, architects and interior designers. Our growing reputation as a leader in the renovation and new build market, and we are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Retail Sales Consultant to join our team.
The Role: As a Tile & Bathroom Showroom Sales Consultant, you will be a helpful face in our showroom, providing exceptional service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting and assisting customers in selecting the perfect tile and bathroom ware products for their projects.
Offering expert advice on product features, benefits, and installation techniques.
Maintaining an attractive and organized showroom.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Full time position, Tuesday to Saturday in our Mittagong showroom.

Requirements:
Previous sales experience in bathroom ware and tile industry preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for design and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, supporting other showroom sales consultants as needed.
Display genuine enthusiasm and willingness to grow your industry knowledge.
Proficient in Word / Excel / Outlook
