In this role, you will provide exceptional standards of service across all spa areas, performing booked treatments for our guests while providing quality customer service. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities
* Providing spa services including massage, facials, and body treatments
* Setting up, maintaining, and packing down of therapy rooms in accordance with PHS procedures, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and hygiene
* Assisting in smooth operations of the spa
* Being knowledgeable in PHS services and retail products for our guests
* Assisting Lead Therapists and Spa Managers where required
* Attending and participating in ongoing training and meetings
* Using your initiative to recommend process improvements where needed
We are seeking candidates who possess:
Requirements
* Diploma qualified in Beauty Therapy, Remedial Massage, or Cert 4 in Massage
* Availability on Fridays and Saturdays
* A high level of attention to detail
* Clear and effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational and time management abilities
* A high level of professionalism, customer service, and confidence in delivering relaxation massage
* Previous experience in a Day Spa or Resort Spa preferred
