Lead high-impact programs in mental health and community wellbeing as our Program Manager.
Oversight of services at mental health centres, including Coffs Harbour and Lismore, is key to driving vision, strategic planning, and policy development while ensuring best practice support for people accessing services.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong partnerships with the local community and stakeholders.
* Provide oversight of programs, governance infrastructure, and continuous improvement.
* Lead a team delivering comprehensive services to adults experiencing emotional distress, mental health challenges, crises, and addiction, as well as their families and caregivers.
