About the role
Working in a fun and lively environment, The Superstar Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest's rooms and performed consistently, in line with operational standards.
Candidates must have valid work rights to work in Australia.
Responsibilities include:
* Daily cleaning procedures as directed according to Ramada Hotels standards
* Report any damaged equipment/possible hazards to management/maintenance
* Handle lost property in accordance with the hotel procedures
* Respond to cleaning requests in a courteous and timely manner
* Compliance and active participation of WHS practices ensuring a clean and safe working environment
* Adhere to all environmental policies and programs as required
* Availability to work morning shifts, afternoon shifts, weekend shifts and public holidays is required
