Our organization is seeking a Support Worker to provide personalized care and support to two high-care customers with complex needs.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with daily living through personal care tasks
* Transport wheelchair and accompany customers on accessible trails and walks
* Perform light household cleaning tasks
* Prepare meals and ensure adequate food and hydration
* Engage in social activities and assist with running errands such as food shopping
* Support customers with appointments and at-home physio routines
