About The Role
As Finance Manager, you'll sit at the heart of Kitchen Warehouse's financial operations, driving reporting excellence, commercial insight, and operational alignment. Reporting directly to our CFO, this is a broad and dynamic role where no two days look the same. You'll be both hands-on and strategic, working across the business to enable smart decisions and sustainable growth.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Financial Reporting and Analysis
* Leading the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
* Prepare key management reports, dashboards, and variance analysis to support operational decision-making.
* Overseeing audit and compliance requirements.
Commercial and Operational Business Partnering
* Build relationships with cross-functional teams (e.g. sales, operations, inventory, eCommerce) to help translate financial data into action.
* Drive cost improvement projects across the business.
* Provide financial input into business cases and new projects, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.
Cash Flow and Working Capital
* Assist with cash flow forecasting and monitoring, working closely with the Accounts team.
* Identify opportunities to improve working capital efficiency across the business.
Systems and Process Improvement
* Identify opportunities to improve reporting, automate tasks, and streamline processes within the finance function.
* Work with the CFO and wider team to strengthen internal controls and ensure data integrity.
Team Collaboration
* Lead the offshore team and work collaboratively with finance team members and other functions.
General:
* Establish and develop strong relationships based on trust with the Management Team and key stakeholders
* Provide assistance with ad hoc tasks as required by the CFO and CEO

* Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and conflicting priorities simultaneously
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, CA/CPA preferred.
* Proven experience, ideally 10+ years which includes experience in commerce, preferably in retail.
* Demonstrable knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
* Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
