EXCITING SALES MANAGER ROLE – EAST / SOUTH-EASTERN MELBOURNE We are seeking an experienced and highly respected Sales Manager to lead and elevate a high-performing residential sales team operating across Melbourne’s East and South-Eastern suburbs. This is a rare senior leadership opportunity focused on performance, accountability, and culture rather than personal sales. Working closely with the Directors, you will drive growth strategy, mentor established agents, refine systems and processes, and uphold strong professional and compliance standards across the sales division. THE REMUNERATION $200,000 base salary plus team performance bonuses On-target earnings estimated at $350,000 THE OPPORTUNITY This full-time position operates Monday to Friday and offers the opportunity to lead a mature, high-performing residential sales team transacting significant annual volume.
