We are seeking an organised, pro-active and results-driven Assistant Store Manager to join the team in our store. If you thrive on leading retail operations, inspiring a high-performing team to beat targets and providing world-class service, we’d love to have you join us.
Responsibilities
- With the Store Manager, support, coach and motivate the in-store team to achieve the store’s targets, while exemplifying Pandora customer service.
- Focus on retail operations in-store, including stock control, store procedures, organising teams to optimise sales, managing store security, team rotas and tracking sales performance.
- Ensure the successful running and trading of the store in the absence of the store manager.
- Maintain a solid retail floor presence, manage team presence around the store and influence the sales space.
- Receive thorough training on Pandora products to become a product expert and nurture the store team to unlock their potential and support development.
Qualifications / Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in driving sales and profitability in-store.
- A passion for delivering exemplary customer service and leading a high-performing team.
- Strong communication skills to coach and develop the team.
- Adaptability and flexibility to changing business needs.
- Positive, can-do attitude with enthusiasm for Pandora and its core values.
- A well-presented appearance and a passion for retail and desirable products.
