ABOUT THE ORGANISATION
Christian Aboriginal School Parent-Directed School Coolgardie operates under the CAPS Board — a body established in 1980 with a mission to provide Christ-centred education that nurtures Aboriginal and First Nations students spiritually, educationally, and socially. The school is actively building the strength and cohesion of its teaching team under strong, committed leadership.
With a maximum of 100 students, this is a place where you will build quality relationships that most teachers in larger schools simply never get the chance to experience. The school's reputation is growing — and this hire is a critical part of that story.
WHY JOIN CAPS COOLGARDIE
* Step into the priority role for a school that is on an upward trajectory — your contribution will matter immediately.
* Work in a school small enough to know every student, and purposeful enough to change every one of their lives.
* The school subsidises accommodation, subject to availability and can be negotiated.
* Try before you commit — for strong candidates, CAPS will cover travel and accommodation for a 2-3 day school visit.
* Join a faith community where your values and your vocation are one and the same.
