Mount Isa Mines are currently seeking a Service Technician – Sewerage Treatment Plant to join the HV & Refrigeration team.
The Role
As a Service Technician – Sewerage Treatment Plant, you will work as a member of the team responsible for maintaining and operating the sewerage treatment plant. This role will be offered a 7 days on 7 days off roster, 12 hour days.
Day‐to‐Day Duties
* Groundskeeping
* Sampling
* Minor mechanical maintenance
* Water filter changes
* Water filter plant operator
* Dam inspections
Required Skills and Qualities
* Fit for work and able to meet the physical demands of a labour‐intensive role
* Enjoy working outdoors
* Flexible attitude, sound work ethic and ability to work within a team
* Ability to work independently
* Manual driver's licence
