We're looking for a Senior Manager – Investment Management Services to join our CCS Finance team and lead groupwide investment financial servicing activities.
This role is based in Sydney and reports to the Director, Investments.
You'll lead the delivery of investment management financial services across the group, ensuring robust expense management, financial control, and insightful analytics.
You'll work closely with Finance leadership and business stakeholders to optimise processes, uplift capability, and deliver forward-looking commercial insights that support strategic decision-making.
Develop and lead groupwide investment management financial servicing activity, including month-end close, reporting, forecasting, and analytics.
Protect value by embedding finance guardrails, strengthening financial control frameworks, and ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
Deliver value-adding insights on investment cost drivers, risks, opportunities, and benchmarking to support business decisions.
Establish and optimise a standard service catalogue and service levels for investment management processes.
Lead a high-performing team, including offshore members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Partner with Finance and business leaders to deliver forward-looking, commercially material initiatives and support strategic priorities.
What do I need?
Strong expertise in financial expense management, investment portfolio processes, and cost drivers.
Proven ability to manage large teams, including offshore resources.
Advanced analytics and critical thinking skills, with a focus on commercial value.
Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills.
Experience in financial control frameworks, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and risk management.
Preferred: Lean/Six Sigma, banking or financial services experience, familiarity with finance tools (GL, TM1, WASP, Clarity, Planview).
