Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their team and drive customer partnerships across WA.
The Role
This is a relationship-focused role where you'll manage and grow a portfolio of trade customers while identifying new opportunities within the market.
Working closely with internal teams, you'll ensure customers receive exceptional service while helping expand the business through strong industry relationships and strategic account management.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow an established portfolio of trade and building accounts
* Build strong relationships with builders, contractors and project managers
* Identify opportunities to expand product supply across existing customers
* Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless service and order delivery
* Monitor market activity and identify new growth opportunities
* Represent the business through client meetings, site visits and industry events
About You
* Proven Account Management or B2B sales experience within building materials, construction supplies or a related industry
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills
* Commercially minded with a focus on customer retention and growth
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts
* Experience using CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline
* Current driver's licence and willingness to travel within WA
