CA / Senior CA role with Cashed Up Established Builder
$150mil High End Apartments with Double Basement
$135K - $185K
Project tendered and won based on current rates (set up for success)
strictly 5 day week, no weekend work
Cashed up established business, invoices always paid on time
Strong relationships with quality trades and consultants
Lots of support, 10 Project Manager, another full time CA on the project
Additional support from office based Contract Manager & Commercial Manager, and regular visits from Operations Manager & Construction Director
Flat management structure, open door mentality, always easily contactable
Good pipeline of tenders for upcoming work
Long term opportunity - many staff of 5+ years within business
Learning / upskilling and ongoing mentoring by some of the best in the business
Suits intermediate to experienced CA looking to refine skills and further progress career into Contract Management / Project Management in future
Streamlined systems and processes, not admin heavy

You must be/have
* Relevant 3+ years local experience on Commercial / Multi Res projects
* Relevant Construction Tertiary Qualification
* Autonomous and reliable
* A detail-oriented person
* Have a stable career history
* Driven, energetic, passionate, and hardworking
* Friendly, respectful and good communication with all sorts of people
* Able to turn up to work with a good attitude every day and compliment not negate from a good team
* Wishing to be rewarded for your hard work by further progressing your career
* Looking for a long term engagement
