Oversee day-to-day site activities across subdivision projectsSupervise and coordinate site crews and subcontractorsEnsure works are completed in line with drawings and specificationsMonitor project schedules and assist with program deliveryMaintain strong safety leadership and compliance with WHS requirementsConduct site inspections and quality control checksLiaise with project managers, engineers, and stakeholdersManage plant, materials, and site resources effectively
Requirements
Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor within civil constructionStrong background in bulk earthworks, subdivisions, or infrastructure projectsAbility to read and interpret engineering drawingsExcellent leadership and communication skillsStrong commitment to workplace health and safetyRelevant civil construction qualifications (advantageous)
