As a Cellarman, you will deliver exceptional service where required and provide back-of-house support to both admin and F&B; staff regarding all stock movement throughout the venue. Assisting the team to bring to life some extraordinary events hosted in our iconic Hotel.
- Ability to handle and move kegs and heavy furniture
- Have experience working with cooling systems, beer lines, and the use of cellar equipment preferrable
- Basic technical and mechanical expertise is a bonus
- Be reliable and capable to work alone
- Great communication & interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail & commitment to high standards
- A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) is essential (or willing to obtain one before you commence work)
- Forklift experience desired but not essential
