Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our brand's social media strategy, drive content creation, and build a strong community across channels. Key responsibilities include:
* Social Media Leadership – Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy, define tone of voice, drive content creation, and build an engaged community across channels with bold campaigns.
* Sponsorships & Event Activation – Lead events, festivals, and community activations; manage creative toolkits, merchandise, digital assets, and on-the-ground engagement.
* Community Engagement & CRM – Manage and grow the customer database, delivering smarter, more engaging communications.
* Merchandise & Creative – Oversee the merchandise program, curate ranges, launch campaigns, and ensure the brand stands out on and off the shelf.
* Innovation & NPD Support – Contribute to developing new products, focusing on limited editions and specialty releases.
* Creative Guardian – Review and shape artwork, campaigns, and brand communications to reflect the brand's unique spirit.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Experience in Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing or Social Media within FMCG or lifestyle brands.
* Strong social media and content creation skills; able to shape ideas, produce content, and set the tone.
* A degree in Marketing, Business and/or Commerce is preferred.
* You should be a creative thinker who thrives under pressure with strong problem-solving skills.
* Comfortable with data; Excel and analytics help you build better plans.
