Job Description
The role of a Sales Associate involves selling donated stock, both recycled and new. Key to providing exceptional customer service is building strong relationships with customers.
Working alongside the Shop Manager, you will drive sales, meet targets, and increase donations and volunteer applications. Your tasks include processing accurate sales transactions and maintaining store standards.
* Previous experience in customer-facing roles with excellent communication skills is essential.
* Experience in handling cash and stock rotation is required.
* A team player with reliability and punctuality is necessary.
* A passion for vintage fashion and/or recycled goods is advantageous.
