Are you experienced in the building and construction industry and ready to take the next step into a hands-on supervisory role? We are looking for a motivated Building Associate (Supervisor) to join our Townsville team.
About the Role:
As a Building Associate (Supervisor), you will oversee and support team operations across our site and yard activities. Your main goal is to ensure all work is safe, efficient, and compliant with industry standards. You will coordinate a moving schedule, labour, conduct compliance and safety checks, liaise with clients (non-financial matters), and ensure jobs are completed to standard.
What You'll Do:
* Supervise and support site and yard operations
* Plan daily labour and manage teams efficiently
* Conduct compliance, safety, and quality checks
* Liaise with clients and third-party contractors
* Provide on-site guidance and training to ensure jobs are done right
What We're Looking For:
* Practical experience in the Building & Construction Industry
* Manual driver's licence
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
* Positive attitude and team-focused approach
