Reporting to our Change Management Lead, you will be essential in executing change management processes to support the successful implementation of our strategic initiatives. You will be involved in developing and managing change management plans, collaborating with key stakeholders to drive employee engagement, and ensuring the adoption of business changes to achieve project benefits. You will work closely with Project Managers within the EPMO to ensure the consistent application of organisational change principles and methodologies, contributing to the effective and efficient realisation of strategic goals.
Your Key Duties include:
Assist in the development and implementation of change management strategies, frameworks tools and templates that align with organisational objectives.
Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies by conducting detailed impact assessments across all organisational levels, plan for stakeholder engagement, communications, training and business readiness and establish success metrics
Identify potential people risks and resistance and support mitigation strategies.
Implement change management plans and activities according to established strategies and frameworks.
Track and report on key metrics related to change adoption and effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
Support stakeholder engagement by helping to develop and deliver communication plans and updates.
Facilitate stakeholder feedback sessions and address concerns in collaboration with the Change Management Lead.
About You:
Significant experience in delivering large-scale change programs, in IT technology projects, managing multiple projects, deadlines, and shifting priorities.
Degree qualified with Change Management Certification: Prosci, APMG or equivalent
A deep knowledge of change management theory, principles and methodologies
Analytical Skills: Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on interpreting data to support change initiatives.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively to various audiences.
Interpersonal Skills: Effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders at different levels.
