We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to assist in planning, coordinating, and administering onsite training systems.
Job Description
The Opportunity: We are looking for a skilled professional to manage all training systems, build capability and improvements within INX Intuition and LMS.
* Manage training systems and build capability and improvements within INX Intuition and LMS
* Build training profiles to assist travel teams with the mobilization of employees and contractors
* Grow into an induction trainer and assist in absences
* Build reports and reporting capability for the training team and stakeholders
* Assist in the coordination of on-site and off-site training
* Review, analyze, and implement training systems improvements
* Prepare documents for Document Control
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Significant experience in a similar role, preferably within the resources sector
* Experience with INX Intuition (minimum and essential)
* Knowledge of training and assessment practices and relevant legislation
* Advanced computer literacy including MS Word, Excel, and Database (Access / SQL Server)
* Excellent presentation and communication skills, both individually and in group settings

This is a site-based role working on an 8 : 6 FIFO roster (ex-Perth). The successful applicant will be offered the role on a fixed-term 12-month contract.
