About Our Support Team
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to provide administrative support to our school's daily activities. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality assistance to staff, students, and families, managing enquiries, correspondence, records, and office systems with accuracy and professionalism.
The Role

As an Office Assistant, you will help coordinate events, appointments, and resources, supporting both educational and operational priorities.
You will work closely with our dedicated staff to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our school's daily activities, providing exceptional support to our community.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to staff, students, and families
* Manage enquiries, correspondence, records, and office systems
* Coordinate events, appointments, and resources
* Support educational and operational priorities
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A Certificate IV or equivalent relevant experience
* A NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC)
* A First Aid qualification or willingness to obtain
